In order to maintain fairness for all our valued customers, any instances of multiple orders being placed under the same name within a 24-hour timeframe for Nike SB Dunks are subject to cancellation.

We are responsible for your purchased item(s) when they are at our store. Once your shipment leaves our store, the security of the item(s) is no longer our responsibility. To safeguard against loss or damage during shipping, we advise selecting insurance. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, and we will not refund the purchaser for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR SHIPMENT

During checkout, you can review shipping rates and choose the best rate for you before finalizing your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive automatic tracking information via email. Please check your Junk Mail folder if you haven't received it. KCDC may also try to contact you regarding the details of your order. Please be prompt on checking for order updates to ensure you receive your order as fast as possible.

Orders placed by 3pm ET Monday - Wednesday usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm ET on Thursday or during the weekends, ship on the following Monday. Our volume of orders is constantly in fluctuation. Please allow processing and packing orders to take up to 3 business days. The shipping courier is responsible for updates on your order once your package(s) leaves our store. Shipping periods are also in high fluctuation, and can take anywhere from 3 to 7 business days.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale: Pre-assembled skateboards, discounted items, products removed from their original plastic packaging, shoes without original shoe box, gift cards, Mystery Bags, Mystery Boxes, Nike SB Dunks, and limited Nike SB QS items. No exceptions.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return your purchased items 14 days from receipt for exchange or in-store credit. For a valid return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt is required. Start a return by reaching out to us at kcdchelp@gmail.com. For online orders, when a return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label, and instructions for sending your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPED RETURN ORDERS

When shipping a return back to us, we will inform you as soon as we have received your item(s) and examined your return. At that point, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It's important to keep in mind that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank, or credit card company, might also require some time. If more than 15 business days have passed since the approval of your return, and you haven't received the refund, please get in touch with us at kcdchelp@gmail.com.

EXCHANGING SHIPPED ORDERS

We do not process exchanges on online orders, or shipped orders. The best way to ensure you get your desired item, is to return your original purchase, and ship the item(s) to KCDC. Once the return is accepted, we recommend that the customer then makes a separate purchase for the new item(s).

DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving it, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We want to make it right. If we are not notified of the product issues within the 14 day window after the customer received it, we are not liable for replacing the damaged items. 

IN-STORE EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange your item(s) purchased in-store at KCDC, such item(s) can be exchanged for an in-store credit within 14 days of purchase. The customer must have a receipt. We can then exchange your order for another item, or the balance can be refunded to KCDC Gift Card. Please read above our Return / Exchange Policy before requesting an exchange to ensure you are eligible.

CURBSIDE PICKUP ORDERS

KCDC will send you a "Ready For Pickup" email once your order is fulfilled and ready. You have 7 days from receiving this email to collect your item. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your order, and the item(s) will be returned to our inventory. Once the order is canceled, you can expect the balance you paid for the item(s) to reflect on your original method of payment within 10 business days depending on your bank.

Once an item that was purchased for curbside / in-store pickup leaves our store, it is no longer eligible for a refund. Curbside pickup orders are only eligible for an in-store exchange, or a refund to a KCDC Gift Card. The items must meet our Return / Exchange policy quality guidelines. See the policy above for details.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING / RETURN POLICY

CUSTOMS, TARIFFS, DUTIES, AND BROKERAGE FEES

International orders may incur import fees, customs duties, value-added taxes (VAT), and similar charges.

Please note that these costs are not included in the shipping fees you pay during your order placement.

Responsibility for these expenses rests with the customer.

KCDC does not possess specific information regarding these fees. For detailed insights, we recommend contacting your customs office.

If a package is refused at customs, it may either be destroyed or returned to us (this process is beyond our control). If it is destroyed, no refund will be issued. If it is returned undamaged, we will refund the product(s) cost only. Shipping expenses and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

For shipments to Canada and Mexico via UPS Standard, please be aware of an additional brokerage fee for orders over $20 upon delivery, in addition to standard customs, tariffs, and duties. The brokerage fee is as follows: $10 for orders between $20-$200, $44.25 for orders between $200-$350, and $49.70 for orders between $350-$500.

PAYMENT METHODS

Our international customers can make payments using PayPal or major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express). All prices on our website are denominated in US Dollars.

BRANDS WE CANNOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Please be aware that the following companies prohibit the international shipment of their products: Nike, RVCA, Vans, and Volcom.
