Sometimes there may be a delivery hiccup, which we know can be frustrating. This is usually resolved by the mail carrier, and your package should be at your door within the next few days. Most shipments require a signature confirmation to avoid any issues like this. In the meantime, if you’re able to safely check with your neighbors and/or mail carrier, they may have more information. Once your package is with the mail carrier there isn't much we can do but if you have tried all other options, feel free to contact us and we are happy to help the best we can.
